Eligibility for Class Members in Foster Care

This is direction from the Exceptions Committee to the Claims Administrator stating the Claims Administrator shall accept claims from Eligible Class Members who were placed in foster care for five or more cumulative years provided that the other criteria for eligibility are also met.
